The process
Six steps, one team
We are builders with a technical office, our own staff and our own metalwork and joinery workshops. This is how we work on every project.
01
Project review
We analyse the project and the architect's bill of quantities. We model it in 3D, often including the structure, to understand every junction and detect inconsistencies before quoting.

Quote
We prepare the quote from the project's bill of quantities, item by item, so that the studio and the developer can compare it on an informed basis.
03
Permits
On new builds they are usually handled by the architect, with our support. On smaller projects we take care of them ourselves.

Construction
A site manager leads the follow-up together with our technical office, and a site foreman is always on site. Metalwork and joinery come from our own workshops.

Handover
We hand over the home finished, inspected and clean, ready to move into.

After handover
We can take care of the villa's maintenance: building services, key-holding and regular cleaning.
