New builds and villas
We build high-specification villas and homes throughout Mallorca. We are a full-service company with all trades: a technical office, our own site crews and metalwork and joinery workshops.
We coordinate the entire project from a single company and answer to the architects in charge and the owner for every phase, from the foundations to the final finishing touch.
We also handle the mechanical, electrical and home automation installations, coordinated by our technical office within the same project, as well as the metalwork and joinery, which we make in our own workshops.
We have experience with demanding construction systems, such as ventilated façades, and with high-end finishes.
