Much of every project is carried out by our own people: trades on site, metalwork and joinery in our workshops. What we make ourselves, we control ourselves.

What we deliver on every project
Whether it is a new-build villa or the maintenance of a house, we work the same way on all of them, and this is what you can ask of us.
Price and timescale, worked out before we start
Before quoting, we build the project in 3D and check the bill of quantities. Surprises that show up on screen do not show up later on site or on the invoice.
One of our people, always on site
The site manager and the technical office follow every project, and a site foreman is on site every day. Decisions are made there, not over the phone.
Everyone goes home safe
Every project has its own health and safety plan, and our staff are trained in risk prevention. A well-organised site is safer and also turns out better.
We work on our island
We have been building in Mallorca since 2008. We remove waste through authorised waste managers, and we look after the surroundings of each plot and our relationship with the neighbours for as long as the work lasts.
