Our history
From Portocolom to the most exclusive villas on the island
We started in 2008 building detached houses in Portocolom. From the outset we specialised in airless spray painting and decorative coatings, something few offered at the time and which set us apart.
The business kept growing, and in 2014 Nikesy Construcciones y Reformas was founded. Today we are a multidisciplinary team that builds, renovates and looks after homes throughout Mallorca.

For five years we worked on the finishes of a villa in Son Vida, named in 2026 as the most expensive home for sale in Spain. A turning point for our company.
Team
A multidisciplinary team with its own workshops
We bring together the technical office, the site trades and our own metalwork and joinery workshops in a single company. This is how we control the quality of every piece and the timescales of the whole project.
3D projects
We model your home in 3D before we start. You see how it will look, and we detect problems before they reach the site.

We work on our projects in 3D, something very few builders do. You walk through the home before it is built, choose finishes from a realistic image, and we resolve the junctions between structure, building services and joinery before work starts on site.
